I will not recommend this product to anyone.įinally got through to someone in customer service at NOLO. They need to jump through a lot of hoops before I buy any of their products again. After waiting almost a week for them to respond (they haven't) I now feel free to say their product may be great, although I don't know that for a fact, and their customer service is terrible.

From NOLO's site, I sent them an e-mail complaining about my problem. I made sure my 'firewalls' were down but that was the reason for buying the CD so I didn't have to contend with that. Since I had a code, I attempted to try to download the software directly to my computer. I bought the CD for this and it would not load although I tried several times.
